 A no-gi class is a BJJ class where students wear rash guards and grappling shorts instead of traditional gi uniforms.

 Our Fundamentals classes are specifically designed for beginners, covering the basics of BJJ in a supportive and structured environment. 

  7. What age can kids start training? 

 Our Tiny Grapplers program is designed for kids aged 3-5, while our Kids BJJ program is for ages 6-14. 

  8. My child is 15 years old, which classes can they attend? 

 Students aged 15 and above can attend our Adult BJJ classes, including Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced classes. 

  9. What should I wear to class? 

 - Comfortable clothing (gi or no-gi)
