CLASS SCHEDULE
WHAT EACH CLASS ACTUALLY IS
*Basics* — Twice a week. Built for anyone starting out or sharpening fundamentals before moving into the broader curriculum.
*All Levels* — our core class, open to every belt. The most frequent class on the schedule, including a midday option most weekdays.
*No-Gi* — Once a week. Same all-levels format, kimono off.
*Advanced* — Three times a week. Gi, blue belt and up. Built for students ready to train at competition pace.
*Marathon Roll* — Twice a week, evenings. One hour, pure sparring, no instruction. Open to all belts, but built for students with some rolling experience under them — you don't need to go every round, but it's a class, not a drop-in: show up on time and stay until the end.
*Open Mat* — Saturdays. Unstructured training time, your pace.
